How much blue light do the Blue Light Filter/Sleep lenses block?

Our blue-light filter is integrated directly into the lens monomer itself, rather than a coating that can scratch or wear away.

Not only are they more durable than coated lenses, they are also more effective as they block more than 50% of blue light between 400-480nm, as opposed to 30% (spectrum tested). Sleep lenses' blue light filtration is more robust, owing to the tint.

Are the Blue Light Filter/Sleep lenses tinted?

Lenses tinted yellow certainly don’t look great (especially for watching Netflix!). Conventional blue-cut coatings produce annoying purple reflections, particularly noticeable in photos.

Moonspecs Blue-Light Lenses are virtually clear, so you can see the world in true HD color. Since they are meant to be worn at night, our Sleep lenses are tinted with a dark straw color to filter out more blue light.

What does Anti-Glare do?

Glare comes from many sources, including monitors, mobile screens and lighting. It can cause artificial feedback which makes the fragile ciliary muscles in our eyes work harder and prone to strain. Glare is especially a problem at nighttime.
To combat this, we apply an anti-reflective (AR) coating to our lenses, which minimizes unnecessary reflections and enhances visual acuity. This means you see more clearly without straining your eyes.

What does Smudge-Resistance do?

Our scratch-resistant coating repels water and oil making any dirt or grease a breeze to wipe off (sans streaking).

What does Superhydrophobic mean?

Our superhydrophobic coating allows water (condensation, precipitation, sweat etc) to bead off easily without leaving a trail, making them excellent for all types of weather.

Cute!

When it come to ordering glasses through online orders, I get skeptical yo do so because I like to find what looks good with my face shape. But I went and took the risk and I am happy that I did because it is perfect. It is so lightweight and fits perfectly. It doesn’t slide down like some glasses that I have gotten before! You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
