Circle Lenses Wear & Care Guide

Prior to Wear

Thank you for your purchase. Please read this instruction manual to get the most enjoyment out of your new cosmetic contacts. Wash your hands with soap before and after handling the lenses. BEFORE OPENING THE PACKAGING, inspect the lenses for any nicks, tears, or physical defects. Handle lenses with fingertips only: never use your nails and keep nails trimmed and tidy. Email if you find any physical defects on unused items. Avoid having your nails come into contact with the lenses as much as possible. This is to avoid tearing the lenses, as the material is extremely delicate. Look at the bowl of the lens and check that the edge is not curved outwards. If it is, it means that it is inside out.

Wearing Your Contacts

Soak your lenses in multipurpose solution designed for soft contact lenses for at least 6 hours prior to wearing for the first time. Clean, rinse, and disinfect with solution every time. Use only proper multipurpose lens solution or saline. Never use tap water. Multipurpose solution is available at any drug store or pharmacy. We recommend Opti-Free or Watson's brand. Using one hand gently lift your upper lid. With your other hand, pull down your lower lid with your middle finger, and place the contact lens on your eye with your forefinger. Release your fingers, close your eyes, and blink once or twice. Massage your eye in a circular motion. Repeat with the other eye. Blurry vision may be due to oils on the contact lens. Or they may be on the wrong eye. To remove the lens, gently pull down your lower lid. Look to the left and gently slide the lens to the right with your middle finger. Pinch the lens gently with your thumb and forefinger.

Cleaning and Storage

Be careful not to tear the delicate lens! Place the lens in the middle of your palm and apply 6-8 drops of solution. Rub the lens with your finger 20-30 times, rinse with fresh solution. Replace old solution with fresh solution. Ensure that both contacts are completely immersed in solution, otherwise they will become dry and unusable. It is good hygiene to replace your lens case every 3 months to avoid bacterial growth.

Pro-Tips: Do...

  • Do put on lenses with clean hands, i.e. before applying makeup. You can do it after too, but make sure your hands are 100% clean.

  • Do check the expiry date of your lens solution.
  • Do carry some eye drops wherever you go, so you never have to suffer from dry eyes.
