Shipping was fast the product is always great. I order my contacts from this site all the time and have never been disappointed.
Eyecandy’s is my go to site when I need to order my prescription contacts saves me $ from going to see the Dr and pay for a fitting fee..slow shipping (more than a month) otherwise great!
The free contacts I was supposed to receive with my order came in -7.00. I wear -5.00. Also, I paid around $30 for expedited shipping and it still took almost a month. But my biggest frustration of all was the horrible customer service I received via e-mail. None of my questions were ever answered and the girl's photo responding to me literally looked like a 12 year-old. Like, seriously. After sending multiple paragraphs worth of sincere concern and inquiry, I repeatedly got one sentence answers with emojis and bad grammar. I feel like I got duped into paying for shipping and didn't receive the extra items I was promised. I was previously loyal to eyecandy's. II won't be ordering again.
The lenses are blurry. But very light and good otherwise

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
