Yes, these lenses can be reused with proper cleaning and storage for up to after you open the package.

They may have an indication “for daily wear,” which simply means that you can wear them everyday, up to after the first wear.

Typically, colored contacts do not affect your sight. However, there can be instances where the colored part of the lens may shift over your pupil and cause temporary visual blurriness. For precautionary measures, you might want to opt for lenses with a larger optical zone (the clear centre hole) or those where the colored part doesn't extend too far into the center. The only exception is costume lenses that feature a grid or mesh design. These colored contacts are crafted to cover your pupil too, which will inevitably obscure your vision.
