If you have just gotten around to opening a new pair of lenses from the above brands and decide you don’t love them, no need to worry. You can exchange it for a different pair from the same brand or get a refund for the product/s (excluding shipping fees) at your discretion. Please note that Pink Label custom-made toric lenses may be exchanged or refunded solely in the form of store credit. You don’t need to return them.

To qualify for the 30-Day Guarantee, the items in question must be

• The first time you have purchased, since this program is designed for new customers who have never tried EyeCandys before and
• Products must be from brand EyeCandys or Pink Label and
• Products must be color contact lenses
• Products must be regular-priced (not promotional or gift with purchase)

If you ordered more than one pair from the same brand, we recommend opening just one first to see if they’re right for you. That way, if you don't like it, the rest of your order will still be eligible for a standard return or exchange. While our 30-Day Try-On Guarantee applies to only one pair from one of the above brands, we can reship the remainder of your order without necessitating a product return when:

• The products themselves are defective
• Incorrect quantity or items were delivered
• You are reasonably dissatisfied with your EyeCandys shopping experience.
